摘要
炭材料宏观性能受微观组织多样性的影响表现出极强的多样性。实验制备几种模压炭材料,并对其热物理性能进行表征。结果表明,随着原材料中胶体石墨含量的增加,材料的电阻率下降,热导系数、热扩散率提高;材料的比热容、热导系数、线膨胀系数随温度升高而增大,热扩散率随温度升高而降低。研究结果还表明,用传统的石墨化度G参数表征多相炭材料石墨化度具有一定的局限性,而用G参数与衍射峰高相结合表征更能准确反映多相炭材料的石墨化特性。
Carbon macroscopic function of material receives the influence of diversified nature of microstruc-ture to show out extremely strong diversified nature,this text prepares several kinds carbon material by mould pressing. Showing to his thermophysical property. The result indicating,and along with the increase of colloid graphitization content in the raw materials,the resistivity of material descends,and heat conduction coefficient and thermal diffusion rate raises. the specific heat appearance and heat conduction coefficient of material and the linear expansion coefficient goes up along with the temperature and to be enlarged, and thermal diffusion goes up along with the temperature and reduces. Studying result indicates .and graphite degree G parameter with the tradition is showed to multiphase carbon material degree of graphitization to possess the fixed limitations,and each other combines with G parameter with the diffraction peak hiegh more can accurately reflect the graphitization property of multiphase carbon material.
