摘要
叙述了基于LPFG/EFPI的集成式光纤传感器的结构、温度和应变同时测量的原理及实验 ,首次制作了该传感器并测试了其性能 实验结果表明温度精度为± 0 .5℃ ,应变精度为± 2 0 με 。
The structure,theory and operating principle of a novel sensor with a long period fiber grating (LPFG) and an extrinsic Fabry Perot interferometer (EFPI) arranged in series, used for simultaneous temperature and strain measurement, are described. An experiment is carried out to demonstrate the feasibility of the sensor. The experimental results show that a temperature accuracy of ±0.5 ℃ and a strain accuracy of ±20 με have been achieved, which can meet the requirements for practical applications.
