摘要
目的 探讨转化生长因子 -β1(TGF -β1)在大肠癌分化、转移中的作用。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测 42例大肠癌手术标本的TGF -β1的蛋白表达。结果 ⑴低分化大肠癌组织中TGF -β1的蛋白表达水平明显高于高分化组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;⑵伴有淋巴转移和肝转移的大肠癌组织中TGF -β1蛋白表达水平显著增高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 TGF -β1大肠癌的分化、转移密切相关 ,TGF
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of transforming growth factor-β 1(TGF-β 1) and the differentiation and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of transforming growth factor-β 1 in 42 samples of colorectal adenocarcinoma was observed with immunohistochemical technique. Results ⑴The levels of TGF-β 1 expression were significantly higher in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma than that in high differentiated cancer (P<0 01),⑵The levels of TGF-β 1 expression were significantly higher in colorectal adenocarcinonc with metastasis of lymph node and liver(P<0 05).Conclusions It is indicated that TGF-β 1 might be closely correlated with differentiation and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma, the over-expression of TGF-β 1 is a marker of poor prognosis of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
