摘要
电抗参数是电机性能分析和优化设计的重要依据。作为调速系统的核心元件时 ,永磁电机电抗参数的准确计算对控制算法的实现以及系统性能的优劣都有重要的影响。本文提出了一种基于二维时变电磁场的参数计算的新方法 ,综合考虑了交直轴磁路的饱和、交叉饱和对电抗参数的影响 ,同时对不同工况下的参数也进行了详细分析 。
Reactance parameters are most essential to the analysis and design of motor. When a permanent magnet motors works as a key part in the drive system, the exact calculation of its parameters will affect realization of the control arithmetic and the system performance. A new method based on 2D time varying field is presented, which considers saturation effect including the cross magnetizing effect between d axis and q axis. The different work conditions are also analyzed. A prototype is tested to verify the proposed approach. The calculation results show good agreement with the experiment results.
