摘要
根据大量现场故障数据,通过进行故障模式与故障部位分析,探讨了加工中心故障的特点,指出了调整性故障对加工中心可靠性的重要影响。从故障统计和故障机理两个方面,阐明了以往对加工中心故障特点产生歧义的重要原因,即对调整性故障不同的归类分析方法是产生这一歧义的重要原因。
It is very useful to entirely analyze the fail-ures of machining center for well maintenance of modernmachining equipment, and it is also the precondition andmain topic of machining center reliability. According tolarge field failure data and by analyzing the failure modeand failure position, this paper probes into failure charac-teristics of machining center and points out the importanteffects of adjustable failure upon machining center relia-bility. From statistical data and failure mechanism, thispaper illustrates that the main cause of diverse viewpointsfor failure characteristics is from the different methods toclassify and analyze the adjustable failure of machiningcenter.
