摘要
研究了数控机床钻削加工切削用量的计算机辅助优化。以最大生产率或最低加工成本为目标,进给量和切削速度为变量,建立了数学优化模型。采用数学分析与图形表达相结合的确定性方法,开发了优化策略及相应的CAM软件。试验验证了该优化策略的有效性和经济性。
The optimization of cutting conditions toincrease the economic performance of a machining opera-tion is becoming increasingly important in modern com-puter aided manufacturing (CAM). Optimization strate-gies and CAM software for the selection of economic cut-ting conditions in drilling operations on CNC machinetools are discussed. The optimization model is built basedon criteria of the maximum production rate or minimumproduction cost. The optimization strategies and CAMsoftware for drilling operations are developed using a de-terministic approach involving mathematical analysis andgraphical representation. Experiments have demonstratedthe economic benefits of using these strategies over hand-book recomenendations.
