摘要
比较国标法与快速法的水碘检测结果,验证快速检测方法的标准曲线、准确度、精密度。采用国标法和快速法对比测定样品。两种方法所作标准曲线良好;测定三种浓度样品变异系数均低于4％;加标回收率国标法为101.7％,快速法为103.7％;用两种方法对20份水样测定碘含量,结果差异无显著性意义(t=0.484,P>0.50)。快速法是一种检测水碘的较好方法,其测定结果与国标法相比具有较好的一致性。
To compare the results of water iodine measured by rapid method and national method in order to verify the Standard curve, accuracy and precision of rapid method, national method and rapid method were both used to determine water iodine. Standard curves of the two methods were good. Three kinds of samples were determined and the coefficients of variation were all lower than 4% . The rates of recovery in adding Standard material were 101.7% and 103.7% respectively. 20 water samples were measured by both methods and the results showed no significant difference (t = 0. 484, P > 0. 5 ). The rapid method was a good method in determining water iodine. The results determined by national method were in good agreement with those by rapid method.
