摘要
文章从新时代图书馆及其馆员职能的转变入手,论述建立高校图书馆学科馆员制度的必要性,学科馆员具备的条件、工作职责以及为读者用户服务的主要内容。
From the transformation of the functions of libraries and librarians, the paper argues about the necessity of establishing the system of professional libraries and librarians in college libraries, conditions and duties that they should have and the main items to serve the readers.
