摘要
研究了Norcardiaamarae菌体在不同吸附条件下,对溶液中的Pb2+的吸附效果·结果表明,Norcardiaamarae菌体对Pb2+的吸附是一个快速过程,在5min以内就达到吸附平衡;在pH为3 0~6 0内都有较好的吸附效果;温度对该吸附过程影响不大,室温下操作即可;Norcardiaamarae菌体尤其对质量浓度较低的Pb2+吸附效果最佳,对质量浓度为414mg/L以下的Pb2+溶液,采用Norcardiaamarae菌体对Pb2+进行生物吸附,Pb2+的去除率可达92 5%;若采用Norcardiaamarae菌体进行二次吸附,Pb2+的去除率可接近100%·红外光谱分析表明,细胞壁上的COOH和RCONH2基团可能与Pb2+的生物吸附有关·
How the testing conditions affect the adsorbing effect was investigated for the process using Norcardia amarae thallus to adsorb Pb^(2+) in aqueous phase. The results showed that the adsorbing process is so quick that an equilibrate adsorption is attainable within 5 min with better adsorbing effect in a range of pH value from 30 to 60. Temperature has no significant effect on the process which can be done at the room temperature. The thallus has a best effect to adsorb Pb^(2+) of low weight-concentration, e.g. the removal rate of Pb^(2+) can be up to 925% if using the thallus to adsorb Pb^(2+) in the solution of which the Pb^(2+) concentration is 414?mg/L. Furthermore, the removal rate of Pb^(2+) will approach to 100% if carrying out a secondary biosorption by the same process. The infra-red spectrum indicated that may be functional groups of COOH and RCONH_2 on cell wall are related to the biosorption of Pb^(2+).
