溴碘法测定氢化丁腈橡胶加氢度 被引量:8

Determination of the degree of hydrogenation for HNBR by bromine-iodometric technique

摘要 采用以三氯甲烷为溶剂的溴碘法测定氢化丁腈橡胶加氢度,研究了反应时间和反应温度对测定结果的影响。结果表明,在室温下较佳反应时间为30min;此条件下测得的HNBR加氢度具有较好的重现性;并将此方法测定的结果同1H-NMR法测定的结果进行比较,结果一致。 The degree of hydrogenation of a hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) was determined by a Bromine-Iodometric technique using tricholormethane (CHCI3) as solvent. The effect of reaction time and temperature on the degree of hydrogenation was investigated. The results show that its hydrogenation degree could be determined in 30 minutes at room temperature with good reproducibility. The data of hydrogenation degree are in concordance with that by 1H-NMR technique.
