摘要
介电谱是分析物质结构与性质的有力工具。提高介电谱的测量效率是电介质研究与测量领域中所关注的课题。本文介绍一种介电谱自动测量系统。该系统以信号的相关检测和数字化技术为基础,采用了新研制的数控频率合成信号源、乘法器、同步积分器、移相器和仪用微机等由通用集成电路组成的新型实用网络。该系统已成功应用于离聚物介电频率谱和温度谱的自动检测。
The dielectric spectrum plays an important roll in analysing the property and structure of the material.It is a concerned subject in the study and measurement of the dielectric to improve the efficiency of a detector.In this paper,we present a new autoanalysis system of the dielectric spectrum,in which we have designed a new phase shifter and a new frequency synthesizer controled by digital.And by the use of the the tech- nique of correlation detection and a special instrumentation microcomputer,this sytem realizes autodetection and has been applied successfully to the analysis of the temperarature dependence and the ionomer dielectric spectrum.
