摘要
全面推进素质教育是我国教育事业的一场深刻变革 ,是一项事关全局、影响深远的巨大的系统工程 ,它涉及社会的各个层面。要全面推行素质教育 ,真正有效提高青年一代的素质 ,首先要提高广义上的教育者———全体成人的素质 。
Promoting all-round quality education is a deep r eform of educational cause in China,and is related to the whole situation and a great systematical engineering with deep and far influence.It may involve every level of society.In order to promote quality education and really raise young ge nerations quality,firstly we should raise the quality of educators all adults from a broad sense,especially raise the moral and ideological consciousness and moral level of the people of a nation.
