摘要
目的 探讨1 31 I 抗CD4 5单克隆抗体 (McAb)对小鼠淋巴造血组织选择性照射的效果。方法 由鼠尾静脉注入1 31 I 抗CD4 5McAb和1 2 5I IgG ,观察1 31 I 抗CD4 5McAb在小鼠体内的分布情况。结果 1 31 I 抗CD4 5McAb较1 2 5I IgG从血液中清除更快。骨髓、脾脏可快速摄取1 31 I 抗CD4 5McAb ,其在骨髓、脾脏中有选择性积聚。1 2 5I IgG呈非特异性分布。结论 1 31 I 抗CD4 5McAb在小鼠体内分布具有特异性 ,可对淋巴造血组织产生选择性照射。
Objective To explore the lymphohematopoietic tissue targeting irradiation using 131I-anti-CD45 McAb. Methods 131I-anti-CD45 McAb or 125I-IgG was injected into the male mice via tail vein. The biodistribution of 131I-anti-CD45 McAb in mice was examined. Results 131I-anti-CD45 McAb was cleaned more quickly than 125I-IgG from the blood. The biodistribution studies showed persistent uptake of 131I-anti-CD45 McAb in bone marrow and the spleen. The injection of 125I-IgG resulted in an even distribution over the whole body. Conclusions 131I-anti-CD45 McAb showed a selective biodistribution in vivo. 131I-anti-CD45 McAb can target lymphohematopoietic tissues with relative specificity.
