摘要 对内斜齿螺旋槽管强化传热机理进行了理论分析 .用实验方法研究了水在三种不同管径的内斜齿螺旋槽管内的流动和换热特性 ,测得了不同工况下的表面传热系数和动摩擦因数 ,拟合出所测参数范围内的动摩擦因数f和Nusselt数准则方程 ,并与相同管径光管的换热效果进行了比较 .结果表明 :无论在哪种工况下 ,内斜齿螺旋槽管的换热性能优于相同管径的光管 . Enhanced heat transfer mechanism of inner chute spirally corrugated tube is analyzed theoretically, and the heat transfer and frictional characteristics of water in three types of inner chute spirally corrugated tubes are investigated experimentally. Average convective heat transfer coefficient and dynamic frictional factor are obtained under different conditions. Experimental correlations are obtained. Comparing with smooth tube, the results show that the heat transfer capability of inner chute spirally corrugated tube is better than that of smooth tube under any conditions.
