摘要
目的 研究松梅乐注射液对实验性骨折愈合的影响并探讨其可能的机制。方法 40只日本大耳白兔制备双侧桡骨骨缺损模型 ,随机分为对照组和实验组 ,分别于骨折后予以生理盐水和松梅乐注射液静脉注射 ,每天 1次 ,连续 14d ,伤后 4周时取标本进行组织学、放射学和生物力学检测。结果 实验组动物骨痂的软骨形态学和软骨内骨形成活跃 ,软骨细胞数明显增多 (分别为1.60× 10 4/cm2 和 0 .68× 10 4/cm2 ,P <0 .0 1) ,骨折骨痂扭力试验比对照组高出 3 1% ,刚度上升49 % ,放射学愈合提前 (平均分别为 2 .1期和 1.5期 )。
Objective To study the effect of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection on bone healing and investigate its mechanism.Methods Forty rabbits were used to produce models with a 3 mm defect in the middle of radius and divided into two groups randomly as experimental group and control group subject to intravenous injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection and saline respectively 0.2 ml/kg immediately after the fracture.The manupulation lasted 14 days once a day.Samples were taken after 4 weeks to make histological,radiological and biological assessments.Results Compared with the control group,the animals in the experimental group showed more cartilage cells and earlier bone healing.The rigidity in the experimental group was increased by 49 % and the twisting force was increased by 31 % as compared with control group.Conclusion Early application of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection can promote the healing of frature.
