摘要
由于使用功能的改变,建筑楼盖的大厅洞口等常需作封平改造,但新增楼盖结构的高度常受原结构楼盖高度的限制,且改造后不得损伤原楼盖的承载力。钢空腹夹层板是一种新型板系结构,用于建筑楼盖封平改造工程中,具有自重轻、跨度大、结构高度小、施工速度快等优点。以贵阳市台湾大厦底层大厅封平楼盖改造工程为例,讨论了钢空腹夹层板的简化设计和改造时的若干构造措施。
The hole in building floor at the top of hall is obturated for the change of business function.But the height of rebuilding floor is limited by the old structure the carrying capacity of which cannot be reduced.The steel vierendeel sandwich plate,a new sort of floor framing system, has many merits,such as light weight,good stiffness,less height of structure,speedy construction.This paper discusses the simple design method and construction of steel vierendeel sandwich plate,taking the floor framing rebuilding of Taiwan Building in Guiyang for example.
