摘要
目的 :探讨不同浓度抗病毒药珍霉素滴眼剂对正常兔眼的刺激性。方法 :观察 10mg·L- 1,2 0mg·L- 1,30mg·L- 1,4 0mg·L- 1浓度珍霉素滴眼剂 ,生理盐水及赋形剂对正常兔眼的刺激性 ,每组随机分成 10只兔眼 ,每日滴眼 5次 ,每次 2滴 ,连续10d。采用双盲法用裂隙灯观察兔眼病变情况并评分。结果 :各实验浓度的珍霉素滴眼剂对正常兔眼均无刺激性 ,与生理盐水和赋形剂比较 ,差异均无显著意义。结论 :珍霉素作为一种新型的抗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的药物 ,对眼部的刺激性极低 。
AIM: To investigate the irritation of antiviral agent 17997 on normal rabbit eyes. METHODS: Ten rabbit eyes of each group were dropped respectively by 10 mg·L -1 ,20 mg·L -1 , 30 mg·L -1 , 40 mg·L -1 eyedrops of 17997 in experimental groups (to eye, five times daily for 10 d), normal saline and vehicle eyedrops were used in control groups. The irritation of eyes was double blinded evaluated by slit lamp examinations and scored. RESULTS: The results showed that there wasn't irritation in any experimental groups, and no significant differences compared with normal saline control group. CONCLUSION: 17997 is a new prosperous drug against herpes simplex keratitis, with low toxicity.
