摘要
内皮细胞的体外培养是研究内皮细胞生物学与多种疾病关系及阐明相关药物作用机制的重要方法。内皮细胞功能异常与动脉粥样硬化、高血压、类风湿性关节炎、银屑病、肿瘤等众多疾病的发生发展有关。一些中药及提取物能保护内皮细胞损伤 ,或能抑制内皮细胞增殖和迁移 ,可有效阻止上述疾病的发生、发展 ,从而起到治疗作用。现就近年来内皮细胞培养方法及用于中药药理研究作一综述。
Culture of endothelial cell provides the vital methods with which we may study the relation between endothelial cell biology and many diseases as well as the mechanisms of related medicines.Functional abnormality of endothelial cell is involved in the genesis and development of diseases such as atherosclerosis,hypertention,rheumatoid arthritis,pstragali,tumor et al.Some Chinese medicine herbs and extracted substances can protect the injury of endothelial cell and inhibit the proliferation and migration of endothelial cell,so they can effectively inhibit the genesis and development of the above diseases.The review relates to the culture method of vascular endothelial cell and its application to pyarmacology of Chinese medicine herb.
