摘要
本研究观察了正常生育男性与精液溶脲脲原体培养阳性的不育男性的精子运动。用比浊法比较了两组男性精液中快速运动精子的百分率与其平均速度。此外,用血清型4溶脲脲原体人工感染正常生育男性的精子。结果表明,不育男性快速运动精子的百分率与平均速度均显著低于正常生育男性;而正常生育男性的精子受血清型4溶脲脲原体感染后,精子的活率及活力的下降。提示溶脲脲原体(血清型4)对人精子的运动具有抑制作用,可能是造成男性不育的一个因素。
Semen specimens were collected from normal fertile men and unexplained infertile men with semen positive cultures for Ureaplasma urealyticum. Sperm motility, especially the fraction of rapidly moving sperm (FRM) and the velocity of rapidly moving sperm (VRM)were studied. Besides, the sperms of normal fertile men were infected artificially in vitro with Ureaplasma urealyticum sperotype4. The results showed that the FRM and VRM of infertile group were much lower than that in fertile group. After infected by Ureaplasma urealyticum, both sperm viability and motility declined significantly. These results suggested that Ureaplasma urealyticum possesses of suppressive effect on the motility of human sperm and may be one of the factors of male infertility.
