摘要
阐述了小型水电站水库优化调度问题及其数学模型,详细研究了动态规划法和遗传算法等优化技术的特点、方法和思路,对优化结果的应用提出了看法.
The reservoir optimal regulation is a complex process with multistage decision making. In this paper, the mathematical modal of reservoir optimal operation is formed. According to the characteristic of reservoir of small hydropower station, discharge is selected as variable and maximal energy out put at period of dispatching as objective. A genetic algorithms(GAS) based on float coding is adopted to optimal calculation. The simulation example of small hydropower station proves GAS is much more viable and efficient.
