摘要
对应于流量的屈服值对胶凝原油管道的顺利再启动至关重要。自行研制的管流试验装置实现了在设定条件下对原油长时间的连续剪切及启动时的流量控制,利用该装置模拟原油在实际管道中的动态降温、静态降温以及再启动的全过程,测试启动温度、停输前的剪切流量、静态温降幅度、启动流量等因素对胶凝原油屈服值的影响;试验数据显示,胶凝原油屈服值与上述诸因素存在一定的关系。应用逐步回归方法,根据各变量的重要性大小,边引入边剔除,最终启动温度、启动流量、静态降温幅度保留在回归模型中,即三元线性模型能较好的描述屈服值与各自变量的相关关系,而停输前的剪切流量为无关紧要的自变量。上述实验数据及分析结果可以为实际胶凝原油管道再启动提供依据。
The yield stress of the crude oil corresponding to the start-up flux plays an important role in the trouble-free restart-up of the pipeline transportation of gelled waxy crude oil. The whole test process measuring the yield stress on the self-made equipment model loop test apparatus (MLTA) involved the dynamic cooldown, the static cooldown and the start-up of the crude oil, modeling the normal transportation, the shutdown and the start-up flux of the oil pipeline in field. According to the experimental data, the start-up yield stress relies relieson the restart temperature, the previous shear flux, the range of declining temperature of static oil and the start-up flux. The yield stress of the crude can be described by using a multiple linear regression model with three independent variables: the restart temperature, start-up flux and the range of declining temperature of static oil. This result and the experimental data can be served as the theoretical basis for the restart-up of actual pipeline transportation of gelled waxy crude oil.
