摘要
英国学校发展性督导评价改革是特定的政治经济 期间经过了国家政策体系的建立与完善和评价机制 尤其是学校自评机制 的建立与完善两个阶段目前已触及改革的最终目标
Many factors contribute to the reform of developmental school inspection and evaluation in UK. The paper divides the period of this reform into two phases and points out that the primary task in the first phase is to constitute and improve the system of government policies about inspection and that the task in the second phase is to establish the mechanism of evaluation (mainly the mechanism of self-evaluation). At present, the reform has approached its final goal,that is , school improvement. By describing the main contents and measures of this reform, the paper concludes the primary cause of the success is the formation of school quality assurance system, which is also the primary effect of the reform. Then, the paper reflects on the inspection and evaluation reform in China and puts forward some suggestions.
