摘要
根据2000~2001年我国北方枸杞主产区采样化验资料、田间试验资料以及土壤化验资料和逐日气象资料,分析了影响枸杞多糖形成的主要气象和土壤因子。结果表明:土壤因子比气象因子对枸杞多糖含量的影响大,其中,全磷是影响枸杞多糖含量的最主要的因子,其次为枸杞开花至果熟期的降水日数和平均日较差。
Based on the data of Lycium barbarum L. sample examination, soil nutrient examination and daily weather records in the main producing areas in northern China, as well as the data of field experiments from 2000 to 2001, the paper was aimed to discover the main factors that affected polysaccharides content in Lycium barbaram L. by using correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that compared to weather factors, soil nutrients affected polysaccharides content more greatly. Total P of soil was the key factor affected polysaccharides content, and the next were precipitation days and diurnal range of air temperature during flowering to autumn.\;
