摘要
研究了铕和锶的比值、硼酸的加入量、激活剂铕和镝对溶胶—凝胶法制备的SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+长余辉发光粉的相对发光强度的影响。采用H2作还原气氛,灼烧温度1200℃,恒温2h,然后随炉自然降温的生产工艺,制得发光强度及余辉性能优良的长余辉发光粉。
This article discusses the effects (such as the different proportion of Eu/Dy,different addition of boracic acid and the activator Eu/Dy) on SrAl2O4:Eu2+ prepared by sol-gelmethod and the relative luminous intensity. The high-quality phosphor product could be obtained by the process which hydrogen is taken as a reductant,1200℃ sintering temperature required,the constant temperature hept for 2 hours then the temperature dropped naturally.
