摘要
介绍了以系统论为基础的模块化建模方法在相继增压柴油机建模和仿真中的应用。首先明确了柴油机模型的重点在于表达系统中压力和流量的相互作用 ,以及扭矩和转速的相互作用 ,并提出了建立模块的规则。介绍了模块库中的部分模块 ,以具体说明建模规则的应用。根据一种相继增压柴油机的结构 ,利用模块库建立了相应的系统模型。模型的仿真结果能够反映相继增压柴油机瞬态过程中主要参数的变化 ,具有与参考文献中的实验结果基本相同的特征 。
The modular modeling method, based on system theory is discussed and applied in system modeling of sequential turbocharged diesel engine. It is determined that the diesel engine model focuses on the expression of the interaction between the pressure and the mass flow as well as the interaction between the torque and the rotate speed. The way to achieve this is properly decomposing the system, and modeling the sub systems as individual modules, then put them in library to facilitate the reuse. To assure the modules can be composed directly into the system model, and the latter can be solved by conventional algorithm, a set of modeling rules is proposed. Several modules are introduced to demonstrate the modeling rules. With the help of simulation platform, modules in the system model can be built by simple drag & drop operation, the input and output relation between modules is designated by drawing line, then the final simulation program can be generated automatically. According to the configuration of a sequential turobocharged diesel engine, a system model is built by making use of the module library. The model can be used to get the steady performance of the engine when different numbers of turbocharges are running. The most useful application of the model is in dynamic simulation of transient process. Some simulation results of the acceleration process are given. The results have similar transient tendency with experimental result given in references, which validates the effectiveness of the modeling method used in this paper.
