低强度激光诱导透明软骨细胞增殖的初步研究

摘要 采用MTT比色法评价低强度He-Ne激光辐照能否对兔透明软骨细胞的增殖产生生物刺激效应。从婴兔的关节软骨分离出的透明软骨细胞经过培养、孵育用于激光生物刺激。透明软骨细胞以0.25×10^5ml的密度接种于96孔细胞培养板,每3孔为一组,均匀设定了12组。第1组作为对照组,后11组用激光辐照。其中,组5和组10增殖效果最好,优于对照组和其他组。实验结果表明:低强度He-Ne激光辐照对透明软骨细胞的增殖具有明显效果,并且对细胞无损伤、无副作用,初步证实了低强度He-Ne激光用于诱导透明软骨细胞体外增殖和临床软骨损伤修复的可行性。
