摘要
分类是医学贝类研究的前提和基础,传统依靠经验丰富的研究人员依据其外部形态进行种类鉴定,操作误差大。近年来,地理信息系统、数值分类学、群体遗传学、细胞遗传学和分子生物学方法先后进入医学贝类研究,形成了以现代高新技术为支撑的医学贝类分类方法学,大大推动医学贝类研究的新发展。
Taxonomy is the base of Medical Mollusca. Traditionally, the species were identified by morphology. Lately, technologies of Geographic information system. Numerical taxonomy, Population Genetics, Cytogenetics and Molecular Biology were introduced into Medical Mollusca. These methodologies with modern high technology could be used for further development and application on Medical Mollusca.
