摘要 针对高炉固定受料斗、布料器原Mn13钢衬板不耐磨、寿命低的问题,研制开发了以铸钢或Q235钢作基板,粘涂堆焊耐磨合金、镶TiC-钢条块的衬板制作新技术。应用表明,新衬板的使用寿命比原Mn13钢衬板提高5~8倍以上。 Aiming at the low abrasion resistance and short life of original Mn13 steel lineplate of BF receiving cone and charge distributor, a new lineplate making technology is developed,which based on cast steel or Q235 steel, then sticking, brushing and welding carbide alloy, or inlaying TiCsteel block. The application has shown that life of strengthened lineplate is 5~8 times longer than that of Mn13 steel one. 
