摘要
针对高炉固定受料斗、布料器原Mn13钢衬板不耐磨、寿命低的问题,研制开发了以铸钢或Q235钢作基板,粘涂堆焊耐磨合金、镶TiC-钢条块的衬板制作新技术。应用表明,新衬板的使用寿命比原Mn13钢衬板提高5~8倍以上。
Aiming at the low abrasion resistance and short life of original Mn13 steel lineplate of BF receiving cone and charge distributor, a new lineplate making technology is developed,which based on cast steel or Q235 steel, then sticking, brushing and welding carbide alloy, or inlaying TiCsteel block. The application has shown that life of strengthened lineplate is 5~8 times longer than that of Mn13 steel one.
