摘要
为了解决塔河油田某高含H2S伴生气管线重大安全隐患的问题,在开展管线现状评估、识别安全隐患、论证治理必要性的基础上,通过对比优选管道修复技术、管道泄漏监测预警技术,制定出了'管线内穿插修复+光纤泄漏监测预警'隐患治理方案,成功进行现场实施,有效消除了高含H2S伴生气管线运行过程中,因腐蚀穿孔造成的天然气泄漏和H2S逸散带来的安全风险隐患。
In order to eliminate the major potential safety hazard in a high H2S gas pipeline in Tahe Oilfield,this paper provided a solution of'pipeline interpenetration repair and fiber leakage monitoring and warning system'by comparing pipeline repair technology and leakage monitoring and warning technology,based on pipeline status assessment,potential safety hazards identification and treatment necessity demonstration.The scheme was successfully implemented on site,effectively eliminating the potential risk of natural gas leakage and H2S escape caused by corrosion perforation during the operation of high H2S gas pipeline.
