摘要
目的:探讨在腹腔镜子宫腺肌瘤剔除术中采用人性化护理的临床效果。方法:选取我院2015年1月至2015年12月行腹腔镜子宫腺肌瘤剔除术患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用人性化护理模式。护理结束后比较两组患者术后肠蠕动时间、术后排气时间手术时间、住院时间、护理满意度(包括宣教、环境、态度、操作和心理五个方面)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量(SDS)评分差异。结果:观察组术后肠蠕动恢复时间和术后排气时间分别为(31.01±12.41)h和(17.62±5.31)t/min,均短于对照组术后肠蠕动恢复时间和排气时间,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的手术时间对比无差异(P>0.05),观察组住院时间较对照组短,比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度评分低于观察组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在腹腔镜子宫腺肌瘤剔除术中能明显改善患者的术后恢复情况,缩短住院时间,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度,对改善患者的焦虑和抑郁心理具有明显作用,值得在临床上推广实施。
Purpose:Combined laparoscopic uterine glands are discussed in myomaof the clinical effect of humanistic nursing care.Method:Select the hospital fro m January 2015 to December 2015 combined laparoscopic uterine glandularmyoma 56 cases of patients in the control group and group.Nursing compared two groups o f patients with post operative intestinal peristalsis after the end time, time after time,hospital stay, nursing satisfaction(including education,environment,atti-tudes, actio ns, and mental five aspects) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score and SCL-depre-ssion(SDS) difference.Results:Observation of postoperative intestinal peristalsis rec overytime after and exhausting time respectively(31.01 ± 12.41)h and(17.62 ± 5.31) t/min, are shorter than the controlgroup of postoperative intestinal peristalsis recover y timeand exhausting time,Statistically significant diffe-rence(P<0.05);No difference in operation time comparison of two groups ofpatients(P>0.05),Ho-spital stay in the observation group compared with the control group, compared with statistical significance(P<0.05);Nurse satisfaction scores lower than observed in the controlgrou p difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);nursing observation group SAS score and SDS scores were lower than the control group, statistically significant differ ence(P<0.05).Conclusion:Myoma of humanistic nursing in laparoscopic uterine glandsurgery can improve a pa-tient's recovery after surgery,length of hospital stay, impr ove patients ' satisfactiond egree of nur-sing work, to improve the patient's anxiety anddepression has a significant role, and implemented in clinic.
