摘要
目的:探讨营养支持在高龄食管癌合并糖尿病患者腹腔镜手术围术期的应用效果。方法:选取我院2014年10月-2015年9月接受胸腹腔镜手术治疗的高龄食管癌合并糖尿病患者102例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组常规给予肠外营养支持,观察组进行早期肠内营养支持。对比两组患者营养状况和并发症情况。结果:观察组血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PAB)、转铁蛋白(TRF)水平均明显高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:营养支持能够有效提高高龄食管癌合并糖尿病患者的营养水平,降低相关并发症的发生率,利于术后的恢复,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective:To explore effect of nutritional support to elderly esophageal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus in chest laparoscopic surgery perioperative nursing.Methods:Collected 102 cases of elderly esophageal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from October 2014 to September 2015,randomly divided into observation group and control group, n = 51. Patients in control group were treated by conventional parenteral nutrition support, patients in observation group were treated by early enteral nutrition support.Nutrition status and complications of patients in two groups were compared.Results:Hemoglobin(Hb), albumin(propagated),prealbumin(PAB),transferrin(agency)level of patients in observation group were significantly higher than in control group,the complication rate of patients in observation group was lower than in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nutrition support can effectively improve the nutrition status of esophageal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus, and reduce the incidence of related complications, postoperative recovery, it is worthy of clinical application.
