摘要
探讨PBL教学法结合PDCA循环在肿瘤内科护理带教的教学效果;方法选取我院2014年2月-2016年8月肿瘤内科护理实习生96人,观察组实施PBL教学法结合PDCA循环进行带教,对照组实性常规带教模式,比较两组护理实习生出科理论知识和操作技能考核成绩,及综合能力(动手能力、沟通能力、人文关怀、分析能力及解决问题的能力);结果 PBL教学法与PDCA循环管理方法结合显著提高了肿瘤内科实习生的教学质量,操作简单,值得借鉴。
to investigate the PBL teaching method in combination with PDCA cycle in oncology nursing teaching of teaching effect;Methods select our hospital in February 2014-August 2016 and oncology nursing interns, 96 people, group teaching implementation of PBL teaching method combined with PDCA cycle, the control solid conventional teaching mode, to compare two groups of nursing interns given theoretical knowledge and operation skills examination results, and the comprehensive ability(beginning ability, communication ability and humanistic care, analysis ability and the ability to solve the problem).Results of PBL teaching method combined with PDCA cycle management methods improve the teaching quality of tumor medical interns, simple operation, is worth using for reference.
