摘要
目的:发现新生儿重症监护室护理过程中常见的问题,分析相关因素并提出相应的对策。方法:目标性选取2015年5月至2016年5月我院接收的重症监护新生儿患者40例,观察护理工作中出现的问题及不良反应的发生情况,以不良反应发生率作为观察指标。结果:有30例患者出现不同程度的不良反应,不良反应的总发生率为82.5%,护理人员、患者、外部环境及医院方面等都是影响护理安全的重要因素。结论:目前护理工作中存在着许多安全隐患,充分了解影响护理安全的相关因素,并根据原因提出相应的治疗措施对于护理工作的顺利开展及安全性具有重要的积极意义。
Objective: to found in the process of the neonatal intensive care nursing of the common problems and analyze the related factors and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods: targeted selection in May 2015 to May 2016, the hospital received 40 patients with intensive care newborn, the nursing problems arising from the work and the occurrence of adverse reactions, incidence of adverse reactions as observation index. Results: 30 cases of patients with different degree of adverse reactions, the total incidence of adverse reactions was 82.5%, the nursing staff, patients, the external environment and hospital and so on are important factors affecting the safety of nursing. Conclusion: currently, there are many potential safety hazard in the nursing work, fully understand the related factors affecting the safety of nursing care, and corresponding treatment measures are proposed according to reason for the nursing work smoothly and safety is of important positive significance.
