摘要
目的:评价接触式培养皿和传统棉拭子对于静脉配置中心工作人员手套表面细菌采样的检测效果。方法:分别用接触式培养皿和棉拭子这两种常用的细菌采样方法,对静脉药物配置中心的配置人员在配置过程中的不同时间段的手套表面进行采样、培养、计数,比较采样效果。结果:接触式培养皿所测得的菌落数与棉拭子采样法无明显差异(P>0.05),而接触式培养皿测得的菌落阳性率要明显高于棉拭子采样法(P<0.05)。结论:当手部细菌量较少的情况下,接触式培养皿对细菌的检测效果优于棉拭子。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of contact plate and traditional cotton swab on the detection of bacterial sampling on the surface of gloves among Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services staff. Method:The surface of the glove of PIVAS staff was sampled,cultured and counted by contact plate and cotton swab the two common bacteria sampling methods in the configuration process in different time segment respectively. The sampling effect were compared. Result:There was no significant difference between the number of bacteria sampled by contact plate and cotton swab(P > 0.05), but the positive rate of contact plate was significantly higher than that of cotton swab sampling method(P < 0.05). Conclusion:When the amount of bacteria in the hand is less, the detection effect of the contact plate is better than the cotton swab.
