摘要
目的:探索建立患者满意度评估指标体系。方法:完善医院目前使用的患者满意度调查问卷,开发满意度测评软件,在测评结果、测评率及医护人员满意度方面进行比较。结果:对9292例出院患者进行测评调查,回收问卷7641人,回收率82%,总满意度平均分92分,相比传统测评方式,各项数据均有提高(P<0.05)。结论:为客观测评住院患者满意度提供可靠工具。
Objective: to explore the patient satisfaction evaluation index system is established. methods: perfect the hospital patient satisfaction questionnaire, development degree of satisfaction evaluation software, the evaluation results, and medical staff satisfaction assessment rate comparison. Results: 9292 cases of discharged patients assessment survey, recycling questionnaire, 7641 people, the recovery rate of 82%, the total satisfaction score 92 points, compared with the traditional assessment mode, the data were increased(P < 0.05). Conclusion: provide reliable tools for objective evaluation in hospital patient satisfaction.
