摘要
报道1例隐匿性支气管异物致慢性咳嗽的患者。62岁男性患者,以咳嗽为主要症状,肺部CT示:1.右肺下叶感染;肺气肿;纵膈淋巴结肿大。2.冠脉内支架术后改变。隐匿性支气管异物造成的慢性咳嗽被归为少见病因或其他项。但是目前由隐匿性支气管异物造成的慢性咳嗽病例误诊率较高,给患者的诊治造成了极大的困扰。在此通过报道收治的1例此病来探讨其临床特征和诊断并进行文献综述。
To report a patient of chronic cough caused by occult bronchial foreign body.62 years old male patient, the main symptom is cough,the CT scan of the lungs shows:1.The inflammation of inferior lobe of right lung;e,which results in many problems and great loss.Here is the report of one case of chronic cough caused by occult bronchial foreign body and the review to discuss its clinical feature and diagnosis.
