摘要
目的:探讨围术期口腔护理对牙龈癌患者预后效果分析。方法:选取我科2015年3月-2016年3月收治的54例牙龈癌围术期患者,对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上给为围术期口腔护理干预,对两组患者预后效果进行对比。结果:观察组护理效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨讨论:论:使用围术期口腔护理对牙龈癌患者的治疗效果有显著的改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of perioperative oral care on the prognosis of patients with gingival cancer. Methods: in our hospital from March 2015-2016 year in March 54 cases of gingival cancer perioperative patients, the control group was given conventional nursing method, the observation group on the basis of the control group for perioperative nursing intervention on the prognosis of patients with contrast effect of the two groups. Results: the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Discussion: perioperative oral care has a significant improvement in the treatment of patients with gingival cancer.
