磁控溅射制备Co/Cu/FeNi三端结器件

摘要 用磁控溅射及光刻工艺制成了5μm×5μm的Co/Cu/FeNi三端结器件,测量了不同注入电流下样品的输出电压与外磁场的关系,发现其输出电压与外磁场的关系曲线表明样品具有自旋相关的双极输出信号,双极输出信号可达17μV。测量了输出电压与注入电流的关系,发现二者在电流比较小时呈线性变化,当电流比较大时偏离线性。 Co/Cu/FeNi three terminal device with dimension of 5μ m× 5μ m was prepared by magnetron sputtering and photolithography. The relationship between voltage output and applied magnetic field at different injection current. The results show that the sample has spin- related dipolar output signal. The output signal reaches 17μ V. The relationship between voltage output and injection current was measured as well. It is found that the relationship is linear when injected current is small, however, it becomes nonlinear when the injected current increases to large value.
