摘要
采用VRML技术建立了虚拟校园的自动漫游和用户自主漫游,首次提出了三维地图的概念,使用户可以全方位地观察三维校园,同时可点击感兴趣的地方获得相应的文字介绍信息。并阐述了系统实现中采用的技术,针对存在的问题提出了新的解决方法。整个设计把交互的图形显示融入到原来以文本、图像为主的信息服务系统,提高了信息服务系统的直观性,并给用户有身临其境的感觉。
In this paper, we build up a virtual 3D campus system by VRML, realizing automatically walkthrough, use-driven walkthrough and 3D map. 3D map conception is first proposed by us, which provide all views of the 3D virtual campus, and popup an introduction text window once a user pick some interested spots. The paper explains the methods we use in the system, and present some new solutions for the problems met in our implementing. The whole design merges the interactive graphic into the information searching system that is previously based on text and image, providing more intuitive information and give an immersively walkthrough feeling. At present, the system is used on touch screen setup located in the administration building of Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology in Xiasha.
