摘要
目的探讨优化80例老年急性心肌梗死患者院前急救护理干预的效果评价。方法选取成都市急救指挥中心下属网络医院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的80例急性老年心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为试验组和对照组。其中,对照组40例,采用常规护理干预;试验组40例,在常规护理干预的基础上,采用优化后的院前急救护理干预。观察对比两组患者接受不同的护理干预后,患者及其家属对护理工作的满意度以及护理效果评价。结果两组患者接受护理后的满意度比较,试验组患者的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者接受护理后的效果评价比较,试验组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年急性心肌梗死患者,采取优化的院前急救护理干预,不仅提升了整体的护理效果,也提高了患者满意度,改善了医患关系,是值得临床运用的。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pre-hospital emergency care and delivery process in 80 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction were enrolled from January 20 to January 2019 in the network hospital of Chengdu First Aid Command Center.The patients were assigned to two groups,the experimental group and the control group by random number table method.Among them,40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions,and given routine nursing measures such as oxygen inhalation and infusion.In the experimental group of 40 cases,based on the routine nursing intervention,the optimized pre-hospital emergency care measures and transshipment procedures were used to observe the satisfaction of the family members and patients with the overall nursing effect after receiving different nursing interventions.Care effect.Results The satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).By comparing the effects of the two groups of patients after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Optimized pre-hospital emergency intervention and trans-shipment procedures for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction have improved the overall nursing effect and improved patient satisfaction.
