摘要
目的:观察膀胱经姜疗治疗风寒型咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年3月-2018年2月收治的风寒型咳嗽患者共100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础之上增加膀胱经姜疗,比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后咳嗽积分、咽痒症候积分。结果:观察组治疗后日间咳嗽评分、夜间咳嗽评分、咳嗽总评分均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后咳嗽症候积分、咽痒症候积分、中医症候积分均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组积分减少比值较对照组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为96.00%高于对照组的80.00%。有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱经姜疗配合常规西药治疗风寒型咳嗽效果显著,能有效改善患者咽痒、咳嗽症状。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of applying bladder meridian ginger therapy in the treatment of wind-cold type cough.Methods:A total of 100 patients with wind-cold type cough admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into controlled group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine,and observation group was additionally given bladder meridian ginger therapy on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy,and the scores of cough symptom and throat itching symptom before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The daytime cough score,nighttime cough score and total cough score in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of cough syndrome,throat itching syndrome and TCM symptoms in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The reduction ratio of scores in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(96.00%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Bladder meridian ginger therapy combined with conventional western medicine has significant effects on wind-cold type cough,and it can effectively improve the symptoms of throat itching and cough,and enhance clinical treatment effects.
