摘要
下肢慢性缺血性疾病是以下肢动脉闭塞导致的肢体麻木、疼痛、感觉异常、动脉搏动消失、甚至是溃疡坏死为主的一系列病症,主要包括血栓闭塞性脉管炎、下肢动脉硬化闭塞症、糖尿病足病等。其治疗是一个包括病因控制、药物治疗、血管重建等多种手段相结合的系统工程[1]。《伤寒论》言'凡厥者,阴阳气不相顺接者,便为厥。厥者,手足逆冷是也。''厥'为伤寒厥阴必见之证,而手足逆冷、脉细欲绝、肢节痹痛为下肢慢性缺血性疾病的常见临床表现,文章试从厥阴病角度论述下肢慢性缺血性疾病的辨治思路,拓宽中医辨治下肢慢性缺血性疾病的思路。
Chronic ischemic disease of the lower extremities is a series of symptoms of limb numbness,pain,abnormal sensation,disappearance of arterial pulsation and even ulcer necrosis,which are caused by arterial occlusion of the lower extremities.It includes thromboembolism,arteriosclerosis obliterans and diabetic foot disease.Its treatment is a systematic project including the combination of etiological control,drug therapy and vascular reconstruction.In Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the disharmony between Yin and Yang is the'Jue',which is a cold hand and feet.'Jue'is a necessary evidence for the Shanghan Jueyin.The common clinical manifestations of chronic ischemic disease of the lower extremities are hand foot cold,pulse weakness and limb joints pain.This article tries to discuss the treatment of chronic ischemic disease of lower limbs from the perspective of Jueyin disease.In order to widen the train of thought of TCM in treating chronic ischemic disease of lower limbs.
