摘要 以大型蚤为模式生物,测定部分有机磷农药的毒性;同时采用高斯软件计算得到这些化合物的结构参数,以此建立有机磷农药对大型蚤的毒性与其结构的关系模型,用以预测未知化合物的毒性。 The toxicity of organic phosphorus pesticide on Daphnia magna were obtained,and structural parameters of these compounds were calculated with Gaussian 03. On this basis,the model between toxicity and structure was established and used to predict toxicity for unknown compounds.
