摘要
采用微波消解法对沙棘叶进行消解,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定上述沙棘叶消解液中K、Fe、Cu、Mn、Co、Ca、Mg、Ni、Pb、Hg、Cd 11种无机元素含量。结果表明,该方法各元素线性关系良好(r≥0. 9998),相对标准偏差为0. 83%~3. 78%,检出限为0. 000086~0. 038μg/m L,加标回收率在97%~104%之间。沙棘叶中对人体有益元素Ca、K、Mg和Fe含量都较高;对人体有害元素Hg、Cd和Pb含量都较低。此实验为沙棘叶的开发利用提供了一定的理论依据。
The microwave-assisted digested sea buckthorn leaves were afforded as the experimental material,and the method of inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry( ICP-OES) were used for determination of elements such as K,Fe,Cu,Mn,Co,Ca,Mg,Ni,Pb,Hg and Cd. Under the optimum experiment conditions,the results shown that various elements had a good linear relationship( r≥0. 9998),the relative standard deviation( RSD) of precision were 0. 83% ~ 3. 78%,the detection limits were in the range of 0. 000086 ~ 0. 038/μg/m L,and the recoveries were 97% ~ 104%. Among the tested different inorganic elements in sea buckthorn leaves,Ca,K,Mg and Fe are rich which were benefited to human healthy,while the hazardous contents of Hg,Cd and Pb were very low. This experiment provided a theoretical basis for the Sea Buckthorn Leaves exploitation.
