摘要
加氢处理装置中经过加氢反应后生成的腐蚀介质H_2S,由于液相水的存在就形成了湿硫化氢腐蚀环境。湿硫化氢环境下钢材腐蚀是多种形式破坏的综合效应,包括均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀。其中湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂是局部腐蚀的一种腐蚀形态,其具有极大的危害性。本文简要的介绍了湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂的机理及影响因素。通过对国内外标准及大型工程公司对湿硫化氢环境下管道材料的选择、焊接及热处理等方面的比较,总结归纳了湿硫化氢环境中管道材料的选用原则及要求。
In the hydrotreating unit after hydrogenation reaction of H2 S corrosion medium with the process medium to low temperature,due to the presence of liquid water to form the wet H2 S corrosion environment. Corrosion of steel in wet H2 S environment is the combined effect of various forms of damage,including the uniform corrosion and local corrosion. The sulfide stress corrosion cracking is a kind of local corrosion morphology,which has great harmfulness. This article briefly describes the mechanism and influencing factors sulfide stress corrosion cracking of wet H2 S environment. By comparing the domestic and international standards and large engineering companies to wet H2 S environment choice of piping materials,welding,heat treatment and other aspects,summarized a wet H2 S environment piping materials selection principles and requirements.
