摘要
随着车载LNG气瓶向大容积方向发展,振动失效逐渐成为其重要的破坏形式之一。本文以一种超标准的大容积车载LNG气瓶为研究对象,利用有限元方法对其振动特性进行研究。分析结果表明该气瓶一阶固有频率较低但共振响应很小,设计计算时可忽略该共振频率;气瓶二阶固有频率发生共振时位移响应最大,是最危险的共振频率,气瓶设计时应保证此共振点不在8~40 Hz内,避免车载时发生共振;三阶及其以上阶次共振频率较高,实际使用中较难发生类似共振现象,但相关结果能反映出气瓶结构的薄弱环节,为设计提供参考。
With the development of vehicle LNG cylinders to large volume,vibration failure becomes one of the most important failure modes.In this paper,the vibration characteristics of super-standard,large-volume,vehicle-mounted LNG cylinders were studied by using the finite element method.The analysis results show,the first-order natural frequency which can overlook the resonant frequency for the low first-order natural frequency,small resonance-response.For the second-order,it is the largest displacement response,the most dangerous resonance frequency.When the gas cylinder is designed,it should be guaranteed that this common vibration point is not within 8~40 Hz to avoid resonance when the vehicle is mounted.The resonant frequencies of the third order and above are relatively high,and it is difficult to produce similar resonant phenomena in practical use.However,the related results can reflect the weak links of the cylinders structure and provide references for the design.
