摘要
该文针对水洞拐角流场分布不均产生的分离和对流问题,利用计算流体力学软件(Fluent)对水洞第四拐角的流场进行数值模拟,分析导流片数量、分布方式和厚度对拐角出口的流场均匀性及能量损失的影响。模拟结果表明:流场均匀性最佳时,导流片数量和厚度应满足数学模型;随着导流片数目增加或导流片厚度加厚,能量损失均增大;导流片等间距布置时的流场均匀性优于等动量布置,两者造成的能量损失无明显差异。
For the separation and convection problems caused by the uneven distribution of the flow field in elbow bend of the water tunnel,the numerical simulation of the flow field at the fourth elbow bend of the water tunnel was performed by using the computational fluid dynamics software(Fluent).The influence of number distribution and thickness of guide vans on flow field uniformity and energy loss at the exit of the elbow bend was analyzed.Based on the simulation results,the mathematical model for the number and thickness of the guide vanes should be satisfied when the flow field uniformity is the best;As the number of guide vanes increases or the thickness of guide vanes increases,the energy loss increases;The uniformity of the flow field is even better than that of the equal momentum arrangement w hen the guide vanes are arranged at equal space,but the energy losses caused by both are not significantly different.
