水库干旱分级预警水位确定方法 被引量:5

Determination of Graded Warning Water Level of Reservoir Drought

摘要 鉴于定量分析干旱预警水位有利于水库抗旱期的合理调度,提出水库干旱预警响应机制,探讨与之相对应的水库干旱分级预警水位计算方法和步骤,并以柴河水库为例,考虑预警期为6个月,在分析水库来水量、需水量的基础上,采用逐6月应供水量滑动计算确定柴河水库旱限水位为96.47m,干旱Ⅰ~Ⅵ分级预警水位分别为86.98、89.40、90.79、93.18m,据此绘制了柴河水库干旱分级响应预警图,可用于指导水库抗旱调度工作。 Quantitative analysis of drought warning water level is beneficial to the rational control of drought resistance period.Reservoir drought early warning response mechanism is put forward,and a calculation method and steps of reservoir graded water level warning of drought corresponding to drought emergency response mechanism is analyzed.Taking Chaihe Reservoir as an example,considering the six-month warning period,on the basis of analyzing inflow reservoir and water requirement,the water supply for every six months is counted.The drought-restricted water level of Chaihe Reservoir is 96.47 m,and the graded warning water levels of Drought I to DroughtⅥ are 86.98 m,89.40 m,90.79 m,93.18 m,respectively.In addition,the graded water level early warning chart of drought response in Chaihe reservoir is drawn.So,it is important guiding significance for reservoir scheduling in drought period.
