摘要
随着农村城镇化进程加快及农业生产规模不断扩大,农业水资源环境问题日益突出,构建水资源环境与农业经济的系统耦合模型对促进农业可持续发展具有指导意义。在分析水资源环境与农业经济耦合关系的基础上,从系统维度研究了农业水资源、农业经济、水污染治理和水环境等四个子系统的耦合机理,从过程维度分析了系统投入、系统生产和系统产出等过程的耦合,并提出耦合过程受到水资源承载力、生态环境意识、水污染治理措施及水环境安全等约束条件限制;最后提出水资源环境与农业经济协调发展的构想。
With the acceleration of rural urbanization and the expansion of agricultural production scale,the agricultural water resources environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.The coupling model of water resources environment and agricultural economy is helpful to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between water resources environment and agricultural economy,the coupling mechanism of four subsystems,such as agricultural water resources,agricultural economy,water treatment and water environment,was studied from the perspective of system dimensionality.Then,from the process point of view,the system input,operation and output process were studied.The coupling process was restrained by water resources carrying capacity,environment awareness,water pollution control measures and water environment safety.Finally,the concept of coordinated development of water resources environment and agricultural economy was put forward.
