摘要
宜兴抽水蓄能电站监控系统采用瑞士ABB公司的800xA产品,因800xA监控系统软件功能扩展限制无法实现与江苏省调D5000的远动通信功能。对此,设计了宜兴抽水蓄能电站远动异构通信系统,提出了一种改进PDU的Modbus TCP通信方法,提高了异构平台的通信效率和可靠性,实现了与调度D5000远动通信的功能扩充,并在电站完成了远动异构通信系统的动态试验验证。结果表明,自投产后1年多来,系统运行稳定可靠,可为其他有类似需求的抽水蓄能电站提供一种高效的监控系统功能扩展方法。
The SCADA system of Yixing pumped storage power plant is the 800 xA product of Swiss ABB.Due to the limit of function expansion,it can't realize the communication with the D5000 system.This paper designs a new telecontrol communication system,and puts forward a improved PDU of Modbus TCP,which can raise the communication efficiency and reliability of heterogeneous platform.The dynamic test and verification of the system have been completed in the power station.During the period of more than one year running,the system is stable and reliable.The new system realizes the D5000 communication function expansion,and will provide a beneficial method to domestic plant which want to expand the SCADA function.
